Return & Refund Policy – AtoZ SuperMarket

At AtoZ SuperMarket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide fresh, high-quality products every time you shop with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • You received the wrong item instead of what you ordered.
  • Non-perishable products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dairy products (milk, curd, paneer, etc.)
  • Frozen and perishable foods
  • Personal care and hygiene products (toothbrushes, razors, etc.)
  • Items purchased under clearance or special offers (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

  • In-store Purchases: Bring the item along with the original bill within 2 days of purchase.
  • Online Orders: Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds may be given as:
    • Original Payment Method (for card/UPI transactions)
    • Store Credit / Replacement (for cash transactions or customer preference)
  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Items eligible for return can also be exchanged for the same or similar product (subject to availability).

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please check products (especially fresh items) at the time of delivery or billing.
  • Keep your bill/invoice for return eligibility.
  • Ensure items are in good condition for return (except damaged/defective cases).
